Delete Your Account

At iCAD Connect, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your iCAD Connect account, please send an email from the email address associated with your account to:

Use the subject line:

Delete My iCAD Connect Account

Information to Include

To help us verify your identity and process your request, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to register or sign in to iCAD Connect

  • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your iCAD Connect account

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request has been verified and approved, we will delete:

  • Your iCAD Connect account

  • User profile information

  • Authentication and sign-in credentials

  • Active login sessions

  • Conference attendance records linked to your account

  • Presentation and participation records associated with your profile where applicable

  • Personal preferences and app-related activity data

Data That May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, Ghana Scholarly Society (GSS) may retain limited information where required for:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance

  • Security and fraud prevention

  • Financial and audit obligations

  • Conference administration and reporting

  • Historical, statistical, or research purposes in anonymized or aggregated form

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used to identify you unless required by law.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

If additional information is required to verify your identity, we will contact you using the email address from which the request was submitted.
